Greenstein Sellers PLLC of Minneapolis is excited to announce the addition of three attorneys to its team. Edward R. Culhane and Daniel J. Sathre have joined Greenstein Sellers as partners and Mitchell Sullivan has joined as an associate attorney.

Sullivan will work with Greenstein Sellers’s established real estate practice primarily focused on representation of common interest communities, property development, management companies, and real estate transactions. Sathre will continue his practice devoted to commercial litigation with a focus on representing securitized mortgage trustees and servicers, lessors, closely held businesses, and financial institutions.  Culhane will continue his national practice representing financial institutions, family offices, private equity funds, venture capital funds and investors in the state legal marijuana, cannabis, industrial hemp, real estate, and software industries.
