Jacob B. Sellers

Partner

Jacob is a seasoned litigator who represents plaintiffs and defendants of all sizes, from sole proprietors to Fortune 500 companies, in complex commercial litigation matters before state and federal courts, and in high-risk, bet-the-company situations.

Jacob has significant experience resolving issues affecting manufacturers, service providers, and financial institutions, including unfair competition and antitrust, products liability, warranty claims, supply-chain relationships and management, and dealer/distributor/sales representative relationships.

Prior to becoming a founding partner at Greenstein Sellers,  Jacob spent twelve years in large corporate law firms where he developed and perfected his legal skills.  Since joining, he has focused on turning out “big firm work product,” but without all the “bells and whistles” and price tag.

For many of his clients Jacob serves as outside general counsel.  In that capacity, Jacob serves, not just as lawyer, but as strategic advisor, as well. Jacob’s clients rely on him for the kind of unfiltered advice they might not otherwise get, even from their own management. He regularly counsels CEOs and boards of directors on a wide variety of business matters, helping them to see their businesses “from 50,000 feet up.”
