Biography

Justice is a veteran litigator and trial lawyer who brings nearly twenty years of respected “big firm” experience with him to join the Greenstein Sellers team. Justice combines deep expertise with his strategic perspective to effectively represent businesses of all sizes, from sole proprietors to publicly traded companies, nationally across a broad range of industries including real estate, construction, equipment leasing, manufacturing, banking, and medical devices. He has successfully handled claims involving breach of warranty, product liability, insurance coverage, patent and trademark infringement, territory disputes, breach of contract issues, business torts including fraud and unfair competition, shareholder disputes, employee and employer disputes, and commercial lease disputes. Justice also works closely with for-profit and non-profit developers and sponsors of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit communities to negotiate partnership agreements and Year 15 transactions. He has successfully represented LIHTC developers and sponsors in litigation with investors regarding forced sale rights, purchase option rights, and other partnership disputes. In addition to leading litigation teams, Justice also frequently advises his clients on day-to-day business matters, employment issues, and out-of-court dispute resolution.
