Matt is a seasoned attorney with over a decade of complex litigation experience. His practice is focused on bankruptcy law, real estate law, creditor remedies, construction law, and general business law. Matt represents a broad range of clients including individuals, businesses of all size, homeowner associations and bankruptcy trustees. Prior to joining Greenstein Sellers, Matt was a partner at a boutique law firm that focused on the specialized representation of homeowner associations and Chapter 7 panel trustees. With his work in those areas Matt gained critical experience navigating various areas of law, allowing him to provide his clients with a robust legal perspective.
Matt has successfully litigated complex legal issues in the United States Federal Bankruptcy Courts, and won appeals in front of the U.S. District Court, 8th Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel and 8th Circuit Court of Appeals. Having managed cases from filing through appeal, Matt is able to counsel clients through the complex reality of the legal process. Matt takes pride in providing clients with an honest assessment of their legal claims and creative options to successfully resolve whatever challenge they are facing.
When Matt is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids. Matt considers himself an avid outdoorsman and tries to hunt and fish as much as possible. Matt is also an engaged and dedicated member of his local church, serving his community in many capacities.
