Mitchell works hard to secure the best results for his clients. His practice area includes significant work in real estate law as Mitchell is involved in the representation of common interest communities, property development firms, management companies, and conducts real estate transactions for commercial property.

Mitchell also has experience representing businesses from small, family-owned companies to large enterprises, and in this regard provides legal services related to entity formation, business capitalization, shareholder and partnership agreements, equity compensation, succession planning, joint ventures, and general corporate governance. Representative clients work in the agricultural, construction, manufacturing and hospitality industries.

Mitchell takes pride in diligently and effectively advising and assisting his clients through all phases of a project. Mitchell views his position as counsel as a partnership with his clients. Mitchell dedicates significant time and conducts proper due diligence to ensure his clients’ needs are addressed so that their goals can be achieved. This is genuine advocacy and the only way Mitchell knows how to navigate his clients through any legal issue.

Before private practice, Mitchell worked as a law clerk for several different Minnesota District Court judges and his experience in the courtroom offers insight into client representation. When not working, Mitchell is an avid community volunteer and spends his time with his wife and their golden retriever, Minnie.
