Tim Fuller brings a wealth of legal experience to Greenstein Sellers, with over 40 years of practice in Minnesota.  Tim’s practice for the past 25 years has primarily focused on representing over 300 homeowner’s associations in the Twin Cities Area.  Tim has seen it all when it comes to homeowner association representation and is uniquely positioned to handle any legal challenges facing an Association.  Tim prides himself on providing common sense counsel to board of directors and property managers and navigating simple and complex matters to the achieve the desired goal of his clients.

In addition to extensive HOA experience, Tim established his legal roots in the real estate community through representation of Minnesota’s preeminent mortgage broker, Eberhardt Company. He further expanded his practice into representing national title companies such as State Farm Life Insurance and becoming the designated Regional Counsel for State Farm Life Insurance.  Tim’s work as in-house counsel included the preparation of closing and title documents to complete real estate transactions as well as litigating complex real estate matters on behalf of his clients.

Tim is well known with his clients for his intentionality in addressing legal matters in a prompt and efficient manner, and is always willing to take time the time to get to know his clients.

When Tim isn’t at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife on the golf course or taking walks with his dog (whom he loves more than most people).  Tim is also a grandfather and enjoys spoiling his grandkids whenever he has the opportunity.
